Refund Policy
At Tech Nerds International School, we value transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.
1. Admission Fee
The admission fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, regardless of the payment plan chosen.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only to students who have paid the full One-Time Fee upfront.
- Students on installment plans or customized payment plans are not eligible for any refunds, transfers, or adjustments.
3. Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from the start of the academic year.
No refund requests will be accepted after 90 days, regardless of the situation.
4. Refund Percentage (One-Time Fee Only)

5. Refund Process
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@tnschool.org.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15–20 working days.
6. Important Notes
Processing charges, bank transfer fees, and other administrative costs (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
The school reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
